ايا ښځه دا حق لري چې د مېړه څخه د طلاق غوښتنه وکړي؟ ايا د تفريق(قضايي طلاق) حق په فقه او قانون کې اساس لري؟ په کومو مورادو کې ښځه کولای شي چې د مېړه څخه د طلاق غوښتنه وکړي؟ ايا دغه طلاق چې د ښځې په مطالبه صورت موميد د رجعي طلاق په حکم کې دی او که بائن طلاق په حکم کې؟ دا هغه موارد دي چې په دې څيړنه کې د اسلامي فقهي او مدني قانون له نظره واضح شوې دي
