حجاب و ستر عورت در نماز

حجاب : در قاموس معجم لغة فقها در باره حجاب آمده است که: حجاب عبارت است: «الحجاب ما تلبسه المرأة من الثیاب لستر العورة عن الأجانب» ( حجاب لباسی است كه زن برای حفظ عورت از اجانب می‌پوشد. ) (معجم لغة الفقهاء، 1408 ق: ذیل حجاب). در تعریف متذکره سه نقطــﮥ اساسی وقابل تأمل جدی وجود دارنــد: اول: لفظ «مرأة» است كه نشان می‌دهد حجاب مترادف «پوشش زن» است و تعبیر حجاب مردان، تعبیر نادرستی است. دوم: مسأله «عورت» است كه طبق این تعـریف، حجاب برای پوشاندن آن به كار میرود ومصداق آن درمورد زن، همه بدن به جز وجه ( روی) وكـفین ( قدم ها) . مؤلفه ای دیگری كه با توجه به ایـن تعریف در مفهوم حجاب، مأ خوذ است، پوشش از نامحرم (عن‌الأجانب) است. تحقیق و تفحص در كتب فــقهای مسلمان ما را به این حقیقت هدایت ورهنمایی میکند که : حجاب به عنوان یك وظیفه شرعی و حكم الهی مقام ومنزلت خاص و بخصوصی در شرع مقدس اسلام دارا میباشد ، طوریکه اصل این حكم از ضروریات دین مقدس بشمار میرود.
