ترجمه وتفسیر سوره القمر : این سوره به سبب افتتاح با خبر دادن حق تعالی از دو پاره شدن ماه (شقُ القمر) به عنوان معجزه‌ای برای رسول الله صلی الله علیه وسلم، «قمر» نامیده شد. «قمـر» یعنی ماه، اين كلمه بیست‌وهفت بار در قرآن عظیم الشأن بكار رفته و هدف از آن، قمرِ معلوم یعنی القمر با الف و لام تعریفه است نه اقمار کُرات دیگر. مطابق روایات محدثان رسول الله صلی الله علیه وسلّم دو سوره «ق» و «قمر» را در نمازهای عید اضحی و فطر می‌خواندند زیرا این دو سوره، مشتمل بر مژده‌ها، هشدارها، بیان آغاز و اِعادۀ آفرینش، توحید، نبوت و غیر آن از مقاصد عظیم اند. صاحب تفسیر «فی ظلالِ ألقُرآن» میفرماید: «این سوره از آغاز تا انجام خود، حمله‌ای سخت، کوبنده و محکم بر دل های دروغ انگاران و هشدارهای الهی است، به همان اندازه که آرامبخش نیرومند و محکمی برای دل‌های مؤمنان و باورمندان است».
