ترجمه وتفسیر سورۀ المائده

أهداف و مقاصد عمدۀ سورة مائده عبارت اند از:قانون گذارى در جهت تنظيم روابط داخلى مسلمانان با هم ديگر؛ (معاملات)قانون گذارى در جهت رفتار و روابط خارجى مسلمانان با يهوديان و مسيحيان اهل كتاب. أحکام تشریعی این سورۀ عبارتند از: پیمانها، عقد إزدواج با زنان کتابی (کتابیات)، وصیت پیش از مرگ، خوراکی های صید و ذبایح، شکار کردن هنگام إحرام و فدیه‌ی آن، وضوء، غسل، تیمم، تحریم شراب، قِمار، سزا و مجازات بازگشت از دین، حکم دزدی، راهزنی، کفاره‌ی سوگند، قانون جاهلی در مورد «بحيره، سائبه، وصیله، حام»، حکم آنان که از أمر حق سرباز میزنند و أمثال اینها.. باید یادآور شدکه: سوره‌ى مائده یکى از سوره‌هاى طولانى است که به إتفاق همة مفسران در مدینه نازل شده است و مانند سایر سوره هاى مدنى از قبیل سوره‌ى بقره ونساء و أنفال، جنبه‌ى تشریع را به تفصیل مورد بررسى قرار داده است، ودرکنار آن به مسأله‌ى عقیده وقصه‌هاى أهل کتاب پرداخته است.
