آیا تارک نماز واقعاً کافر است ؟

حكم تارک نماز: نماز یکی از عبادت در دین مقدس اسلام است، ترک عمدی آن موجب کفر میگردد ، واستدلال بر کافربودن تارک نماز (بطور عمد) حدیثی پیامبر صلی الله علیه وسلم است که میفرماید:« بَیْنَ الرَّجُلِ وَ بَیْنَ الْکُفْرِ تَرْکُ الصَّلاةِ» (مسلم و ابوداود و ترمذی و ابن‌ماجه و احمدبن‌حنبل این حدیث را روایت کرده‌اند. ) (تفاوت میان مرد با کفر، ترک نماز است ) . وهمچنان حدیثی :« اَلْعَهْدُ الَّذی بَیْنَنا وَ بَیْنَهُمْ الصَّلاةُ فَمَنْ تَرَکَها فَقَدْ کَفَرَ » ( احمد و صاحبان سنن این حدیث راروایت کرده‌اند. ). «عهد و پیمانی که ما را از کافران جدا می‌سازد نماز است، هر کس نماز را ترک کند، کافر شده است.». ولی در مورد مفهوم وتعریف وتفصیل این موضوع که ترک نماز بصورت قصدی صورت گیرد ویاغیر قصدی ، آیا اینکه در جنب اینکه شخص تارک نماز از فرضیت آن هم منکر است موضوع است که در بین علماء دارایی اختلاف است، که در این رساله به تفصیل به بیان گرفته شده است .
