حکم بوسه کردن در روزه

بوسه را نباید ساده پنداشت بخصوص در ماه مبارک رمضان ، بوسه مفهوم عمیقی دارد که توضیح بیانش خیلی ساده هم نمی باشد . زندګی زن شوهری زندګی است که توجه به آن درشرع اسلامی مهم واساسی میباشد . در نزد بسیاری از روزه داران این سؤال مطرح میگردد که : آیا بوسه کردن همسر در ماه مبارک رمضان ، روزه را باطل می سازید یا خیر .؟ درجواب این سؤال باید به سنن پیامبر صلی الله علیه وسلم مراجعه کرد . در حدیثی مبارکی از ام سلمه رضی الله عنه روايت شده است : « أن النبى ( ص) كان يقبل وهو صائم » «پيامبرصلی الله علیه وسلم بوسه ميكرد درحاليكه روزه مى بود » متفق عليه . از عاىشه (رض ) روايت شده است كه :«كان رسول الله (ص) يقبل وهو صائم ويباشروهو صائم ولكنه كان املكم لاربه » پيامبر اسلام صلی الله علیه وسلم مى بوسيد در حاليكه روزه مى بود ومباشره ميكرد در حاليكه روزه مى بود اما بود مالك ترين شما حاجت خود را . ( فتح البارى : ۴/۱۴۹/۱۹۲۷ ) ،( صحيح مسلم : ۱۱۰۶ - ۶۵ - ۲/۷۷۱ )
