Membership & Downloads

Guest visitors can download 3 free books per month. Once you register a free account, your limit increases to 10 free books per month. No payment is required for either tier.

Gold is a flat-rate monthly subscription that raises your free-book download limit to 200 books per month. It applies only to books that are marked as free by their uploader. Gold membership does not include access to premium books — those require a separate per-book purchase regardless of your membership tier.

Go to your account dashboard and click Upgrade to Gold. Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Your download limit updates immediately after the payment is confirmed.

You can cancel any time from your account settings under Subscription. Your Gold benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Premium Books

Gold membership and premium books are two separate things. Gold raises your free-book download limit. Premium books require an individual purchase — for every user, including Gold members.

A premium book is a paid title where the uploader has set a specific price. Unlike free books, which any registered user can download within their quota, premium books require a one-time per-book payment to access.

No. Gold membership only increases the number of free books you can download per month. To read a premium book you must purchase it individually, regardless of whether you have a Gold subscription.

The price is set by the creator or uploader of the book. Prices vary per title and are displayed on the book's detail page before you commit to a purchase.

Open the book's detail page and click Buy Now. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Once payment is confirmed, the book is added to your library and you can download or read it immediately.

Because digital books are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. If you believe there is a technical problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will review your case.

Account & Authentication

Yes. On the login and registration pages you will find Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple buttons. These let you create or access your Ketabton account without setting a separate password.

Email verification confirms you own the address you registered with, which lets us send you important account and download notifications. You can resend the verification link from your account dashboard if the original email expired.

Go to Account Settings → Security and use the change-password form. If you signed up with Google or Apple and never set a password, you can add one there as well.

Uploading & Earnings

Yes. Any registered user can upload books. Click Upload Book in the navigation bar, fill in the book details, and submit your PDF.

Yes. When uploading or editing a book you can choose to make it a premium book and set your own price. Readers pay that price individually to access it. Pricing and payout details are shown in the upload form.

Ketabton currently accepts PDF files for books. Make sure your file is complete and readable before uploading.
